Seven Companies to Issue IPO to General Public via Book Building Method

As per the Book Building Guidelines, Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has updated its earlier list of five companies and published a revised list, bringing the total to seven companies. These companies plan to issue IPO shares to the general public through the book-building method. They have entered into agreements with NEPSE to carry out the share issuance process, primarily involving qualified institutional investors in the initial phase. Under this mechanism, institutional investors participate through a sealed bidding process by submitting their price offers. The final offer price of the shares is then determined based on these bids, ensuring a transparent and market-driven pricing system.

The list of companies that have planned to issue IPO via Book Building Method are as below.

  • Yeti Brewery Limited
  • Nepal Tea Development Corporation Limited
  • Norvic International Hospital and Medical College Limited
  • Jagdamba Spinning Mills Limited
  • Time Pharmaceuticals Limited
  • Laxmi Steels Limited
  • Purwanchal Lube Oil Limited
